In addition to that, you can watch the webcam groups live from your office desk and virtually look into the lives of your customers or competing brands.

On-line potential tests
If, on the other hand, you already have the ideas for new products, you can measure them directly among your customers and verify WHAT CHANCE THEY HAVE ON THE MARKET.
