A day with a consumer
It helps bring business management and individual departments closer to what their regular customer looks like and what he/she needs.
The whole day program is led by our facilitator, who will explain the objectives of the research during the morning briefing, and will inform everybody in terms of how to ask and what to ask the customers. Then, small teams of 2 to 3 people will go to “their” customers and spend 2-3 hours with them, for example, buying the tested category and interviewing them at home. Then, at the headquarters, teams present the main research findings and observations.
