Design Thinking is a proven approach to innovation in products, services and processes developed by American designers from Stanford.

Design thinking process
The basis of Design Thinking is customer orientation and understanding customer needs. Although it has defined steps, it often uses an “agile approach”, ie any step can be repeated quickly to respond to new findings.
- Empathize – empathize and understanding your customer needs
- Define – we define the problem we want to address
- Ideate – the creative phase – we are looking for as many solutions as possible
- Prototype – the strongest ideas will be “promoted” to the prototype phase
- Test – we test alternative prototypes on customers.

„CONFESS is made up of people who used to be the marketers themselves and they know how it works on the client side. Today, it is increasingly difficult to generate innovative ideas and come up with good communication. And they have always been able to help us with all that.“
Jan Štěrba
Marketing Director KKCG Group
